Hi Lisbet, I would say that if you have 4 weeks you’ll have time to do both. Personally, I would skip Camotes, there are much better islands. For the rest it depends on your taste, both choices are great, Bantayan is touristy whereas the Romblon Islands are not. I would pick the Romblon option because it’s more of an adventure, more authentic and just as beautiful. Hope this will help you.

Thanks for a good blog. If you had to choose between Bantayan/Camotes and Romblon/Tablas/Sib which would you personally choose?
We would love to do both but won’t have time for it. We have 1 week in Cebu (Moalboal and Oslob) and 1 in Siquijor also so Bantayan and Camotes would perhaps be the easiest destinations (we have 4 weeks in total) but Romblon and surrounding islands just sound sooo nice too. Ps: We are a family of four with kids aged 10&11.
