I was there around 5 pm, but it’s almost always empty, it’s a really remote location.

I love the El Jem Amphitheater though, it looks so beautiful and untouched by overtourism. It looks like it offers a unique learning experience. That’s interesting about the swastika being part of the mosaics, but I couldn’t see it, ha!
